Consent decrees and orders
Subregulation 1
Where the parties to any proceedings in the Court consent to a divorce, the registrar may make a decree of divorce and any order which the Court may make under section 52 of the Act.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) shall not apply if the divorce is by 3 talak or the third talak.
