Subregulation 1
No member shall vote by proxy.
Subregulation 2
Voting at a general meeting shall be by ballot.
Subregulation 3
Voting other than by ballot may be carried out if the unanimous consent of the persons present is obtained.
Subregulation 4
The motion at a general meeting of the Union shall be decided by a simple majority vote.
