Regulation 10
Before certifying a person as an Advanced Practice Nurse under section 32 of the Act, the Board may require the person to undergo such induction programme or competency assessment as may be approved by the Board, and the Board may refuse to certify him if he fails to undergo or complete such induction programme or competency assessment.
