Regulation 19

An application for a practising certificate or its renewal shall be made in the form set out at the Board’s Internet website at http://www.snb.gov.sg.

Every application for a practising certificate shall be accompanied by the applicable fee specified in the Second Schedule and such other information, statement or document as the Registrar may require.

Where a practising certificate is lost or accidentally destroyed, the holder thereof may apply to the Board for a duplicate certificate and the Board may, if it thinks fit, issue a duplicate certificate upon payment of the applicable fee specified in the Second Schedule.

The Board may require the applicant to submit a statutory declaration certifying the loss or destruction of the original certificate.
