Regulation 6
The Roll shall be in such form as the Board may determine and shall consist of the following parts:
(a)
a general part containing the particulars of all persons who are enrolled; and
(b)
a supplementary part containing the particulars of all persons who are enrolled and who are qualified in the nursing and care of persons suffering from psychiatric diseases.
