Regulation 20
Subregulation 1
A certificate of registration or enrolment or an Advanced Practice Nurse certificate shall be signed by the Registrar and shall be under the seal of the Board.
Subregulation 2
Where a certificate of registration or enrolment or an Advanced Practice Nurse certificate is lost or accidentally destroyed, the holder thereof may apply to the Board for a duplicate certificate and the Board may, if it thinks fit, grant a duplicate certificate upon payment of the applicable fee specified in the Second Schedule.
Subregulation 3
The Board may require the applicant to submit a statutory declaration certifying the loss or destruction of the original certificate.
