Regulation 33
In this Division, “fitness to practise”, in relation to a registered nurse, an enrolled nurse, a registered midwife or an Advanced Practice Nurse, means his mental or physical ability to perform the functions of a registered nurse, an enrolled nurse, a registered midwife or an Advanced Practice Nurse, as the case may be.
