Regulation 30

If, in any case where the Complaints Committee has adjourned its hearing of a case, it appears to the Chairman of the Committee that the Committee should resume its hearing of the case, the Chairman of the Committee shall notify the Board’s solicitor and the respondent or his council of the date, time and place where the Committee will resume its hearing.

Regulations 28 and 29 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to any resumed hearing under this regulation.
