Regulation 15

Where an applicant for a Singapore passport or Singapore travel document has previously been issued with a Singapore passport or Singapore travel document, the applicant must, on demand by an authorised officer, surrender that previous Singapore passport or Singapore travel document for cancellation by the Controller, to the person from whom the applicant collects the new Singapore passport or Singapore travel document.
