The Commanders of the Special Constabulary shall be —
(a)
the Director, Police National Service Department, except as regards special police officers who are volunteers enrolled under section 68(1) of the Act; and
(b)
the Commander, Volunteer Special Constabulary as regards special police officers who are volunteers enrolled under section 68(1) of the Act.
