Return of uniform, equipment, etc., on ceasing to be special police officer

If a special police officer ceases to be a special police officer for any reason whatsoever, he or she shall within 14 days of his or her ceasing to be a special police officer deliver up in good order (fair wear and tear only excepted) all uniform, equipment, or other property of the Government issued to him or her to the Commander of the Special Constabulary.
Subregulation 2
Any special police officer who fails to comply with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence under section 15 of the Act.
