22. Complaints against special police officers

(1)
A complaint against a special police officer must —
(a)
be made in writing; and
(b)
unless the complaint is made electronically, be read over to the person making the complaint and signed by that person.
(2)
Upon receipt of such a complaint, the complaint shall be investigated immediately.
