24. Retrial
Feedback & supportA commanding officer may order a retrial of any disciplinary proceedings against a special police officer below the rank of inspector if the commanding officer is of the opinion that an inadequate sentence or excessive sentence has been imposed or if the proceedings have not been conducted in a proper manner.
