Regulation 40

For the purpose of this Part, the Approving Authority may appoint a medical board, either generally or for a particular case.

A medical board appointed under this regulation must consist of at least 2 medical practitioners, one of whom must either be a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act 1997 or a medical officer of the Singapore Civil Defence Force or the Police Force.
