Regulation 57

An assignment of, or charge on, and any agreement to assign or charge, any payment awarded or to be awarded under this Part is void, and, on the bankruptcy of a person to whom such a payment has been awarded, the payment does not pass to the Official Assignee or any other person acting on behalf of the bankrupt person’s creditors.
