Regulation 33
The Commissioner may authorise the Commander of the Special Constabulary to enrol in the Special Constabulary any specified category of persons on special conditions exempting such persons from all duties, responsibilities and privileges under these Regulations except when they are mobilised for active service under section 73 of the Act.
