Section 15
Suspension or removal of managers
(1)
Without limiting any other power vested in the Agency under this Act, the Agency may, at any time, direct a registered private education institution —
to suspend or remove any person appointed as a manager of the registered private education institution if the Agency is satisfied that the manager —
is not a fit and proper person to carry on or manage the registered private education institution; or
is unable to discharge the duties prescribed under section 14 or imposed on managers under this Act; or
to appoint any additional person that the Agency may approve to discharge the duties of the manager mentioned in paragraph (a) for any period that the Agency considers necessary.
(2)
Any registered private education institution which contravenes any direction of the Agency issued under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.[42
