Trustees of Fund
Subregulation 1
The Board shall be the trustees of the Fund.
Subregulation 2
The Treasurer shall pay all moneys received by him for the credit of the Fund into a separate account at a bank which has been approved by the Board. Such account shall be in the name of the trustees for “The Public Utilities Board Provident Fund”, and pending investment may keep the moneys on current account or on deposit.
