Regulation 23

In every year as soon as conveniently may be after the completion of the audit made pursuant to rule 21, the Treasurer shall by prepaid letter post forward to each member with notice of the annual general meeting of members to be convened in accordance with rule 24 a copy of the balance-sheet and of the income and expenditure account of the Fund.
