Regulation 26

The chairman of the Committee if present shall be chairman of every Annual Meeting and general meeting and if he be absent the deputy chairman of the Committee shall take the chair. If both the chairman and the deputy chairman are absent, the members of the Committee present shall agree amongst themselves who shall take the chair.
