Administrative expenses borne by Board
The expenses of managing and administering the Fund shall be borne by the Board:Provided that any brokerage, commission, stamp duty or other expenses incidental to the buying and selling of investments or the collection of dividends or interest on investments held on behalf of the Fund shall be charged to the Fund.
