Regulation 25

The business of the Annual Meeting shall be to receive and consider the balance-sheet for the previous financial year, the auditor’s report thereon, and the report of the chairman of the Committee, to elect Committee members in place of those retiring, and to transact any other business notice of which has been received by the Treasurer not less than 7 days before the Annual Meeting.
