Regulation 47

Where there are exhibits to any evidence filed under rule 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 or 45, the party who is relying on the exhibits in support of his case shall send a copy of each exhibit to that other party.

If such copy cannot be conveniently furnished, the original shall be filed with the Registrar in order that it may be open to inspection.

The original exhibits shall be produced at the revocation hearing unless the Registrar otherwise directs.
