Regulation 40

An application under section 27 of the Act to the Registrar for revocation of the registration of a design shall be made in Form D13.

The application shall be accompanied by a statement of the grounds on which the application is made.

The applicant shall serve a copy each of the application and the statement on the registered owner of the design at the time he files these documents with the Registrar.

If the applicant does not comply with paragraph (3), his application shall be treated as not having been filed.
