5. Security deposit

If the Licensing Officer requires a security deposit to be furnished by a licensee the amount of such security deposit shall be as follows:

in the case of a sand quarry —

for any sand quarry not using motive power $200(ii)for any sand quarry using motive power up to an aggregate of 7.5 kw $300(iii)for any sand quarry using motive power up to an aggregate of 15 kw $500(iv)for any sand quarry using motive power up to an aggregate above 15 kw $1,000(b)in the case of a granite quarry $10,000.
