7. Renewal of licence
Feedback & supportA licensee who wishes to renew his licence shall submit a written application to the Licensing Officer in such form as the Licensing Officer may direct.
Every such application for the renewal of a licence shall be accompanied by —
a statement to the effect that the sand or granite quarry remains unchanged in respect of every particular contained in the original application and approved plan; or
a statement giving particulars of any proposed change to the sand or granite quarry.
Subregulation 1
