In the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act 1906 (called in this Part the Miscellaneous Offences Act), in Part 6A, in the Part heading, after “SIM CARDS”, insert “AND DESIGNATED ONLINE ACCOUNTS”.
