Clause 2
In the Protection from Scams Act 2025 (called in this Part the Protection from Scams Act), replace the long title with —“An Act to protect persons from scams by empowering the issuance of orders to banks in Singapore and other service providers to restrict transactions, limit services, disable accounts or disclose information, so as to prevent their services from being used for scam‑related offences.”.
