Regulation 6
Application for approval or recognition
For the purposes of section 50(3) of the Act, an application to be approved as an approved clearing house or recognised as a recognised clearing house shall be made in Form 1 and shall be lodged with the Authority together with —
(a)
Forms 2 and 3; and
(b)
each relevant annex and all relevant information specified in those Forms.
