Regulation 47BA

A holder of a capital markets services licence must not deal with a retail customer as an agent when dealing in capital markets products that are —
(a)
OTC derivatives contracts; or
(b)
spot foreign exchange contracts for the purposes of leveraged foreign exchange trading.
