55. Offences

Any person who contravenes any of the following provisions shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000:
regulation 4(1), (2) or (3), 7(2A), 13, 13B, 13D(4) or (5), 13E, 14(4), (4A) or (6), 16(1), (2), (3) or (5), 17(1), (3), (4) or (5), 18(1) or (2), 18A, 20(2), 20A, 21(1) or (2), 22(2), 26(1), (2) or (5), 27(1), 27A, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33(2), (4) or (5), 34, 34A, 35(1) or (2), 37(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6), 38(1), 39(1), (2) or (3), 40(1), (1B), (2) or (3), 41, 43(1) or (2), 45(1), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7), 46(1) or (8), 46AC(1) or (2), 46AD(1), 47, 47BA, 47DA(1) or (2) or 48(1);
paragraphs 3(4)(c), (d), (e)(ii) or (f), 3A(4)(c), (d), (e)(ii) or (f) or (5), 5(6) or 7(5)(c) or (6) of the Second Schedule;
a direction issued by the Authority under regulation 51.
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 5(1), (2) or (3) or 11(2), (3) or (4) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000.
Subregulation 1
Any person who contravenes any of the following provisions shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000:
regulation 4(1), (2) or (3), 7(2A), 13, 13B, 13D(4) or (5), 13E, 14(4), (4A) or (6), 16(1), (2), (3) or (5), 17(1), (3), (4) or (5), 18(1) or (2), 18A, 20(2), 20A, 21(1) or (2), 22(2), 26(1), (2) or (5), 27(1), 27A, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33(2), (4) or (5), 34, 34A, 35(1) or (2), 37(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6), 38(1), 39(1), (2) or (3), 40(1), (1B), (2) or (3), 41, 43(1) or (2), 45(1), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7), 46(1) or (8), 46AC(1) or (2), 46AD(1), 47, 47BA, 47DA(1) or (2) or 48(1);
paragraphs 3(4)(c), (d), (e)(ii) or (f), 3A(4)(c), (d), (e)(ii) or (f) or (5), 5(6) or 7(5)(c) or (6) of the Second Schedule;
a direction issued by the Authority under regulation 51.
