Regulation 15

Provision of information

A licensed trade repository shall make available to any person upon his request, or publish in a manner that is accessible, information on —

(a)

all services of the licensed trade repository;

(b)

all products that may be reported to the licensed trade repository; and

(c)

the applicable fees and charges of the licensed trade repository.
