Regulation 25
For the purposes of section 46ZF of the Act, a licensed foreign trade repository shall submit to the Authority —
(a)
within 3 months after the end of the financial year of the licensed foreign trade repository or such longer period as the Authority may permit, a copy of the annual report of the licensed foreign trade repository;
(b)
when required by the Authority, a report relating to the business of the licensed foreign trade repository; and
(c)
when required by the Authority, such other report as the Authority may require for the proper administration of the Act.
