Regulation 6
Application for licence
For the purposes of sections 46D(3) of the Act, an application for the grant of a trade repository licence or foreign trade repository licence shall be made in Form 1 and shall be lodged with the Authority together with —
(a)
Forms 2 and 3; and
(b)
each relevant annex and all relevant information specified in those Forms.
