38. Unseaworthy vessels

Except in an emergency, no person shall cause or permit a vessel to be operated, driven, moored or otherwise used in the waterways or waters of Sentosa if the vessel is unseaworthy or in such condition as is likely to —

sink or otherwise pose a danger to its passengers;

damage marine facilities or other vessels; or

become a danger to navigation.
