45. Use of searchlight
Feedback & supportNo person, other than a person in the employ of the Corporation or the Government, shall use a searchlight in the waterways without the permission of the Marina Superintendent, except —
(a)
in an emergency situation; or
(b)
where the searchlight is on a fire-fighting vessel.
