43. Persons under influence of alcohol or drugs
Feedback & supportNo person shall operate or navigate, or attempt to operate or navigate, any vessel in the waterways or waters of Sentosa if he is under the influence of alcohol, or of a drug or an intoxicating substance, to such an extent as to be incapable of having control of the vessel.
The owner or master of a vessel in the waterways or waters of Sentosa shall not permit a person who is under the influence of alcohol, or of a drug or an intoxicating substance, to such an extent as to be incapable of having control of the vessel or to be a danger to the safety of the vessel or any person on board the vessel, to operate or navigate the vessel, or board the vessel, as the case may be.
Subregulation 1
No person shall operate or navigate, or attempt to operate or navigate, any vessel in the waterways or waters of Sentosa if he is under the influence of alcohol, or of a drug or an intoxicating substance, to such an extent as to be incapable of having control of the vessel.
Subregulation 2
