Regulation 4
Determination of application
Subregulation 1
The Council may in its discretion approve or refuse an application for the hire of a stadium, court or swimming pool.
Subregulation 2
The Council may at any time cancel the hire of a stadium, court or swimming pool and in such event the Council shall not be liable to the hirer except for the return of any fee paid by him for the hire.
