Regulation 5
Fee
Subregulation 1
Unless the Council otherwise directs, a hirer shall pay the fee chargeable for the hire of a stadium, court or swimming pool within one week of the notification by the Council that his application has been accepted.
Subregulation 2
The fee shall be forfeited if the hirer subsequently cancels his booking of the stadium, court or swimming pool.
