Regulation 6
Security for payment
Subregulation 1
The Council may allow any payment of hiring charges or fees to be deferred if the hirer provides such security for the payment as the Council thinks fit.
Subregulation 2
If such security is not provided within the time specified by the Council, it may cancel the booking.
