Regulation 5

Licence to be signed by authorised officer, etc.

A licence shall —

(a)

be signed by an officer authorised by the Authority;

(b)

remain valid unless cancelled or suspended in accordance with the provisions of the Act or these Regulations; and

(c)

be subject to such terms and conditions as the Authority may, from time to time, determine.
