9. Tests and examinations

For the purpose of ensuring that a licensee is competent to carry out telecommunication cable detection work, the Authority may, at any time by notice in writing, require the licensee to attend at such time and place specified in the notice to take and successfully complete such tests or examinations as the Authority may require.
