40KA. Prescribed matters for purposes of section 40

For the purpose of section 40 of the Act —

a prescribed industry is an industry specified in the first column of Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule; and

the prescribed threshold in relation to an annual water use is 60,000 cubic metres, determined in accordance with the method set out in the PUB S&R Standard for Water Efficiency.
