Regulation 12
General duty on employer or principal
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of a person who uses a tool; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction a person uses a tool,to ensure that the requirements of regulations 17(1), 18, 20 and 27 are complied with in relation to the tool and any projectile or charge to be used in or with the tool.
