Regulation 19
Compliance with manufacturer’s instructions
It shall be the duty of both the owner of a tool and the operator of the tool to comply with any instruction, advice or recommendation which appears on the tool or its container, or in any document supplied by the manufacturer of the tool, unless such instruction, advice or recommendation is contrary to these Regulations.
