Regulation 17
Defective tools, projectiles and charges not to be used
Subregulation 1
No tool, projectile or charge shall be used unless it complies with a standard or specification acceptable to the Commissioner.
Subregulation 2
It shall be the duty of any person who knows that a tool, projectile or charge is defective to ensure that he does not use, and that he does not cause or permit any other person to use, that tool, projectile or charge.
