Regulation 24

Handling of tools

It shall be the duty of any person who uses, carries or handles a loaded tool to —

(a)

keep every part of his body clear of the muzzle end of the tool;

(b)

keep the muzzle end of the tool pointed away from any other person; and

(c)

exercise the utmost care to avoid injury to himself and others.
