Regulation 22
Use of tools in dangerous environment
It shall be the duty of any person who uses a tool to ensure that the tool is not used —
(a)
in the presence of any explosive or flammable gas, dust or vapour;
(b)
in any compressed air environment; or
(c)
in any place where the charge is likely to explode or be rendered dangerous by the presence of heat.
