Cleanliness of asbestos work area
It shall be the duty of a responsible person with respect to any person who carries out any work involving asbestos to take such measures as are reasonably practicable to ensure that —
(a)
there is no accumulation of dust or debris in the asbestos work area while the work involving asbestos is being carried out; and
(b)
after the completion of the work or at the end of each working day, that asbestos work area is thoroughly cleaned so as to eliminate all dust and debris.
