Asbestos-removal work to be undertaken by approved asbestos-removal contractor
Subregulation 1
No person shall undertake any asbestos-removal work at a workplace unless the person is an approved asbestos-removal contractor.
Subregulation 2
It shall be the duty of the occupier of a workplace to ensure that every asbestos-removal work carried out at the workplace is undertaken by an approved asbestos-removal contractor, and no other.
